Elect Group created Its own internal training department back in 2008. As a group we offer all our Social Care and Healthcare candidates full training to ensure everyone is up to date with their statutory training. On top of statutory training, we also offer on-site training, inductions to services along with client specific training.
On-Line Training
We offer e-learning to all our candidates. We link the various resources in several varying formats. It is a very efficient way of delivering courses online. Due to its convenience and flexibility, the resources are available from anywhere and anytime. We have over 50 CPD and CSTF accredited on-line courses to choose from.
Accreditations
Our courses are aligned to the core skills training framework as required by the relevant frameworks. We also take great pride in our e-learning modules that have all undergone CPD assessment by the CPD standards office.
Compliance
All our courses are compliant to ensure all our candidates are operating within the relevant framework agreements. Therefore, we can guarantee all our candidates training profiles will pass internal/external audits.
